Concor AMLO: Royal Control, an E-Detailing Deck for Hypertension
A 24-slide interactive detail aid for Merck's bisoprolol and amlodipine combination. We cast the two molecules as the King and Queen of Hearts and built the clinical story around them, with animated data on every key claim.

The Challenge
On paper, blood pressure drugs look alike. A rep has a few minutes with a cardiologist and needs a story that stays after the visit ends. Merck wanted to present Concor AMLO, its bisoprolol and amlodipine combination, in a way that looked like nothing else in the clinic.
The Idea
Royal Control. Bisoprolol is the King of Hearts. Amlodipine is the Queen of Hearts. Together they rule blood pressure. The idea turns a two-drug combination into two characters a doctor remembers, and gives every slide after it a reason to exist.

From Brief to Slide
We started from the brand’s key messages and put them in eight chapters. Every slide was designed as a static layout first, with its motion marked. After medical approval we built the deck in HTML5 and packaged it for the iPad.
Characters Introduce the Molecules
Each molecule gets a slide where its hero walks in, then the clinical text builds line by line with its references in place.
A Chapter Menu That Moves
The main menu is a set of royal cards that deal in one by one. The rep jumps to whatever chapter the doctor asks about, instead of paging through the whole deck.
Data Told Through Motion
Every numeric claim has an animation that explains it. The 75% of patients who need combination therapy fill in as a pictogram. Adherence counts up to 85.6%. The safety chart draws itself in front of the doctor.
References and Prescribing Information
References open in pop-ups on each slide. Full prescribing information and PDFs are one tap away. The slides stay clean and ready for medical review.

The Result
A 24-slide deck in eight chapters, with one story the doctor remembers and data that moves on every claim. Design, motion, build, and platform packaging from one team.
