The Crown Jewel: a Gamified 3D E-Detailer for Wound Healing
An immersive e-detailer for Farmactive silver nanoparticle spray. The doctor walks into a museum where the product is the crown jewel, then explores three pillars through 47 screens of video, motion, patient survey answers, and clinical cases.

The Challenge
There are many wound care products, and most decks open with a wound photo and end with a table. Farmactive wanted doctors to feel that its silver nanoparticle spray is something valuable before they read a single number, and to discover the story themselves instead of being walked through it.
The Idea
The Crown Jewel. The deck opens in a museum, with the product on display like a jewel under the lights. From there the doctor enters a hall with three statues. Each one is a pillar: patient-centred care, a simple solution, and ease of use. They pick one and explore it.

What We Built
Every Pillar Opens With a Video
Pick a pillar and a short video plays inside the slide to open the idea. The eye chart says: look at the whole patient, not only the wound. The chalkboard says: there is real science behind the simple solution.
The Patient’s Voice Inside the Deck
Patients were asked what matters most to them in wound treatment. Their answers appear as speech bubbles, one after another. The same pattern powers an in-slide survey that records the doctor’s view during the visit.
Science at a Size You Can Picture
A scale from metres down to nanometres builds itself icon by icon, so the doctor understands how small the particle is before reading what it does.

Ease of Use in Three Steps
Dressing changes are explained as numbered steps that appear in order. The menu for the ease-of-use pillar is a 3D cube that assembles before the options slide in.
Cases and Evidence
A separate section holds clinical cases with before and after photos, and summaries of published research. Every claim in the deck has evidence one tap away.

The Result
A 47-screen deck that lives in one world. The doctor explores instead of listening, and the rep follows the doctor’s curiosity instead of a fixed order.
